F.A.Q.

We know that exploring new treatments can bring up a lot of questions. Our FAQ section is designed to give you clear, straightforward answers about regenerative medicine, our procedures, and what to expect at ReForge Health. Think of it as your quick guide to understanding how we help you restore, rebuild, and reclaim your life.

1. What conditions can regenerative medicine help with?

We treat joint pain, tendon injuries, arthritis, sports injuries, and chronic musculoskeletal problems. Our goal is to help patients avoid unnecessary surgery and restore natural movement and function.

2. Does PRP or fat transfer hurt?

Most patients tolerate the procedures very well. You may feel some soreness, similar to what you’d expect after a tough workout, but this usually resolves in a few days. We use precise ultrasound guidance and numbing to keep you comfortable.

3. How long does it take to see results?

Healing takes time. Some patients notice improvement within weeks, while others see the most benefit over 3–6 months as their tissues repair and strengthen.

4. Do you accept insurance?

No. Most insurance companies do not cover regenerative procedures like PRP, fat transfer, or laser therapy, even though research shows they can be highly effective. Because of this, we operate as a cash-based clinic.

5. Why don’t you accept insurance?

We believe healing should be guided by what’s best for you, not by insurance restrictions or red tape. By staying independent of insurance, we’re able to spend more time with you, use the most advanced regenerative treatments available, and provide transparent, upfront pricing without hidden costs.

6. How long is recovery?

Recovery is generally much shorter than surgery. Many patients return to normal daily activities within a few days, with gradual improvement over time. We’ll give you personalized guidance based on your treatment.

7. How is this different from surgery?

Instead of cutting or replacing tissue, regenerative medicine uses your own cells to heal and rebuild from within. This means less downtime, fewer risks, and a more natural recovery.

8. Why “ReForge Health”?

Because our mission is to help you do more than just “get better.” We want to help you restore, rebuild, and reclaim your life, just like reforging steel into something stronger and more resilient.

9. Why should I consider treatment now instead of waiting?

The longer injuries or arthritis go untreated, the more damage can build up, making recovery harder and limiting your options. Starting regenerative treatment now can help preserve your mobility, protect your joints, and get you back to doing what you love before the problem gets worse.
